OMES & Towson University Partnership

Owings Mills Elementary is a Towson University Professional School. Through this partnership with the University, teachers at OMES are offered a variety of professional growth opportunities. These include tailor-made graduate courses offered on site, action research opportunities, summer staff development, and professional conferences.

            

Towson University conducts senior level education courses in their own classroom at OMES  In addition to coursework and classroom observations, senior interns complete a one semester student teaching experience at the site working as members of the instructional team.
